Payment summaries wrong gross, has added super guarantee to gross wages how do I fix?

    Hi Mel

    Fix the payroll item for the super so it isn't included in the Gross payment (or taxed), you should be asked do you want to change all entries (I think, I have used so many software programs lately!) this will fix it but it won't fix the amount of tax taken from gross because of this.

    Hi Mel - when going through all the super items make their tax tracking set to None... then run the payment summaries again - this should resolve your issue.

    All my super tracker is set to None, and the super still adds to gross. What now?

    hmm.. that sounds very strange - next steps would be to have someone look at your file..  perhaps call an Accredited Partner and give them access so they can quickly see what the problem is and help you resolve it... see https://partnersearch.reckon.com/

    I found an inactive super (which was hidden). It was sent to gross. All fixed now.
