Payment summary

Hi, I am using Reckon Accounts Plus 2019 and try to print out the PAYG payment summary.  I have chosen "Reportable Fringe Benefit" as the tax tracking type under the payroll item, but neither yes or no box is ticked.  Is there any other way to tick the no box? Thanks

    Hi, can anyone help please.  I have tried to call the Reckon helpline the whole morning, they don't take any calls.

    Haven't used Accounts Plus for years, but not sure where or what you actually want....

    Are you trying to get RFB to print on payment summaries and it isn't or is it printing on payment summaries and you want to turn it off.

    What payroll item have you chosen as the RFBT for?
