HI,  Hoping someone can help me.  I am reconciling my STP against my Payroll Summary report for this financial year.  One of my payruns in July 2018 payroll report is different to my STP report, out by $440.00 can somebody advise why this would be different?  Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks Sarah

Update:  I have found the problem it is Jury Duty.  it has not come up in my Adjusted Gross pay, but has shown up in my STP. How do i adjust the STP to reflect the correct amount?  Thanks Sarah

    Hi Sarah

If this Jury Duty amount was paid by the employer, the Payroll Item should be configured to link to Gross Pay in order to report correctly for STP.

    You can then either:

    a) Submit an Update/File Replacement for that Pay Run or

    (the better option)
    b) Just wait until you submit the EOY Finalisation File which will update all employees' YTD figures, including this correction
