Payment summary from previous payroll year

employee has lost payment summary and I need to email a new one - but I cant do this through the original Email Payment summaries because the date is hardcoded for this financial year

Hi John,
Thanks for your reply, we are using the hosted version. But dont worry I googled it over the weekend and found out how to do it.
Just for anyone else who is having the same problem:
Go to the employee who you need to reissue the Payment summary and open a payslip from the financial year you wish to print from.
make a small change to the payslip, unlock the pay, close and save.
Go back in to the same payslip, reverse the change you just made, unlock the pay, close and save.
Then go back to the payment summary screen, the drop down menu will now have the financial year that has been edited.
You can then print/email the payment summary again.

I have the same problem; cannot access any payment summaries for previous or this financial year. I have tried the above and it doesn't work.
