Payment SUmmary report

Trying to lodge annual Payment summary (Reckon Hosted) - should this be via empdupe or SBR? I have registered the software with the ATO - tried to lodge with SBR Gov Connect but when I click on lodge  a box comes up ERROR SAVING PAYMENT SUMMARY -  (I have been through all the company information and employee details and deleted any punctuation marks etc as recommended) Tried instead to lodge with empdupe - I save the report but then can't access the Q drive - has anyone had any success with doing this?  Hoping someone can help

Hi Belinda,

Are you still getting the "Error Saving Payment Summary" error?

To access the Qdrive, click on the Floating toolbar and select the Downloads icon.  You should then be able to access the Q and B drives from there and all their subfolders.  Download your EmpDupe to your local PC and then upload it from there to the ATO Business Portal.
