Payment terms with discounts

We like to set up the payment term '2.5% if paid within 14 days, or 30 days net'.
The payment terms window however only gives the option of Standard or Date Driven, with no possibility to add the discount:
But in the overview of the Terms Listing the possibility to create terms with discounts exists:
hope the screen shot is large enough to read the heading of the 3rd column 'Discount%'
How do we enter those discounts?
Thanks for pointing me into the right direction.

Thomas you set the amounts up as an Item. Lists, Items List and choose Discount.0

Thanks Shirley,
Does this mean there is no 'one step' solution within Reckon Accounts Hosted of including the discount term straight into the payment term such as QuickBooks (US version) offers in the below screen shot?
(screen shot of QuickBooks (US version). OB offers the same options for the Date Driven terms. Thanks for your comment.
