PayPal transactions

Hi all, I am wondering how to manually up load transactions for my PayPal account. any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi Geoff,

    On your PayPal account prepare a list of transactions and export them to a CSV formatted file.  In your Reckon One Book, on the New Transactions screen, click on Manual Upload, select your export file and map it to your Book.  Make sure the date format is dd/mm/yyyy and not mm/dd/yyyy.

    Thanks John.
    After I clicked on import the file, Reckon didn't list any transactions it just showed "There's nothing here yet... " I am guessing there must be something else I need to do?

    Hi Geoff,

    Hmm.  Try it again.  On Paypal make sure you select the option Comma Delimited - All Activity for your type of download:

    then upload in your Reckon One Book - Manual Upload  select the export file > map the fields > see transactions in the New Transactions screen. 

    If you get the same result please call Technical Support for further one-to-one help on this issue.
