Payrol setup

Can I please have some help with the payroll setup, I have entered in the information but when I click on save nothing happens and the information is not stored. I have followed all the instructions with all * fields answered, but I'm unsure what is incorrect

    Hi Jo,
    If you click over to the 'Advanced' tab on the payroll setup screen, are all the mandatory fields completed there?

    I am having the same problem and I have also followed all the instructions. how did you solve the issue please?
