Payroll issue with Reckon Hosted

Hi Everyone,

I have a payroll issue with Reckon Hosted. Everytime an employee's hours are costed to "Salary (Pen1.5) Rec" (set up as a normal salary item) the same number of hours are shown as taken in their "LSL Used". It doesn't show on their payslip or on the paysreen but does reduce the LSL owing.

 Can anyone suggest where I can look to see why this is happening?

    Hello Karen

    You are probably using the default Salary other 2 payroll item, and just renamed it.

    The Salary Other 2 payroll item is linked to the Other leave item 2, which I am guessing was renamed to LSL.

    Make the payroll item inactive and set up a new payroll item.

    I will try that.  Going back through reports it has been happening for some time but only just discovered.  Thanks for helping out.
