payroll legal contact number is not set up

I am having problems setting up Payroll Legal Contact details.  I fill all the details in and select save however it does not save.  I am having this issue with a number of my clients who all have reckon one for STP.  Unable to report STP because of this.  I have tried calling support and can not get through!!!!!!!!

    Hi Deana,
    Are you getting any error messages after trying to save?
    Have all the mandatory fields been input?

    Which browser are you using? Does the same problem happen on a different browser if you try it out as a test?

    I am having the same issue.  I enter all the details as required, hit save/close and nothing happens - it doesn't save the information.  No error messages are coming up and all fields have been entered correctly.

    I was using internet explorer I just tried chrome and it works, so Joanne try Chrome browser.  Thank you Rav for suggesting to try new browser.

    I am having same issue. Have tried in Chrome and it does appear to save however when I go to do the payrun it says the legal name is not set. When I check the payroll details screen all fields are complete and have been saved.
