Payroll Premier 16/17 'Postion' and 'Reports to' drop down list

Where do I find the "list" for additions and amendments that comes up under the Edit Employee/Company tab then Postion and Reports To drop down boxes.  I need to make amendments to this list but can't locate the list anywhere?

Hi Lauren,

Thank you for your query.

These two fields don't get created in a list, thus why you cannot find them anywhere. If you're needing to edit an employees position or report to field, simply over-write what is current written in there and then press the tab key. It will then ask if you want to add this, simply click yes.
