Payroll Premier 2014 2015 Payment Summaries 1 employee shows Lump Sum Payment with none actually mad

I have rebuilt data file, reviewed all payrates, allowances etc but unable to find anything that would have caused this.  Also, reviewed all pays with nothing found.  There are no error messages and one this error out of 52 employees.  Any ideas?

    This amount is showing up on the reconciliation report but not on the group certificate or anywhere else...
    Our concern is the reporting to the ato and what will be contained in the data file, hence we have decided to lodge paper, this way we can ensure no dramas.

    Just thought I would fill you in on my "thoughts" after the fact...
    I think that a payroll was processed with the incorrect information then amended at a later date.  I have noticed even with a re-build some things do not change.
    I think it is just a matter of amending systems with the process for errors to ensure this does not happen in the future.
