Payroll Premier 2017/18 - Missing Payslip

Hi.  An employee is missing from payslips but is showing on the Pays Report - Payroll Premier 2017/18.
I have checked pay period is correct and I deleted the pay and processed another one for the same period.  Still not showing up in Payslips.
I even tried customising my report so only that employee was selected.  Still nothing.
Does anyone know why this could be happening because I am completely stumped?

Have you checked to see if they are set up as Email or Print on Employee settings ?

Is the Pay appearing on the other reports
