Payroll Premier 2018/19

I have processed pays today and tried to do a report for accrued leave but came up with the following error message.  I have closed the program and opened it up again but same thing is happening. 

I also am not able to email through the payslips and I have tried doing the workaround  ideas but still not working. Wasn't able to do Workaround 3 though.

Has anyone else had these issues? or any ideas on how to resolve.
