Payroll Premier 2018/2019

Hi everyone, I am using Payroll Premier 2018/2019 and am having to restore files for my correct data every week. Each time I open the latest version it takes me back to when I installed the upgrade.

Welcome to the Reckon community, Susan.

As a first step delete the Qcompany.tps file in C:\QPRollV27\Data folder.  Launch Payroll Premier, open your correct data file (restore a backup if you have to), close Payroll Premier and then launch Payroll Premier again - does the the last file opened open with the launch?
