Payroll Premier 2018/2019 STP issue uploading fails - BPA portal also reports fault

Hi there. We finally manged to get an STP report out of Payroll Premier (9 mins to generate). It fails to upload through the Reckon GovConnect so we tried pushing it through the ATO Business Portal. We managed to get one company through but the other company received the following error asking us to contact our vendor.
