Payroll Premier 2019/2020 - Pays Report is Blank

I have just run my first pay since upgrading to Payroll Premier 19/20.  The pay has run fine, however my pays report and payslips are blank, despite me changing the dates manually.

My pay file is set to 'Date Paid' as per previous version.

It is noted that it produced the STP report with no issue.

Can someone help?

    Now when I have logged out of payroll and gone to log back in, it is saying now that I must register this software in order to keep using it.


    I have already done this process to load it in the first place!
