Payroll Premier 2020 STP - Allowances missing from my Final STP Lodgement although on the Employee l

I have uploaded and lodged the final pay event for 2019 with success. When I look at the Employee List it appears to be correct . When I drill into an employee the Allowances (Travel and Meals) are missing from their detail. Their allowances are on totaled on the Employee List. Is there a box I need to tick somewhere in Payroll Premier Set Up or is this another glitch??

    Hi Heidi,

    I had the exact same thing happen when all the settings were correct in PP 2020 version for 2018/19. They told me I had to manually change everyone in the Notepad file before uploading to the portal. I have the instructions if you would like me to email them to you?

    Just got off the phone with Reckon.  Couldn't give me an answer as to why the allowances show up on the List but not on the Employee Detail. Noted the problem for the program writers and fingers crossed they will have this problem rectified in time for the 2020 final lodgement!!

    Hi Rav,
    If we have already submitted our EOY STP File to the ATO, does that mean we have to do this patch, re-do the EOY STP & upload a replacement File to the ATO?

    If your allowances are missing from the employee detail yes you do.
