I have an issue whereby I cannot print a Payment Summary for just 1 employee. Every other employee whether current or terminated is OK. Yet on Empdupe File that Employee is listed. Can you assist please?

If the employee has zero PAYGW for the year, the payment summary will not print.  To resolve this issue, edit a pay so that 1 cent tax is deducted.

So the employee has tax withheld recorded?  The error I am familiar with occurs if there is a gross wage but no tax withheld because it is below the threshold.
