Payroll Premier, Lump Sum Payment amounts are blank on PAYG Payment Summaries

We process end of financial year PAYG Payment Summaries for a client and I cannot figure out for the life of me where the Lump Sum Payment amounts are supposed to be picked up from?  They are currently showing as blank on the payment summary.

Could someone please advise me of where is this information supposed to be picked up from so I can achieve the correct information on the payment summaries?

The particular employees in question have had 1 bulk payment as well as 1 separate termination pay processed in the system.

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    Lump Sum Payments are made during the Termination Pay process and in the Termination Wizard.
