Payroll Premier - Reportable Super Contributions on Payment Summary versus ATO report

Please help!

I am having an issue with one employee only, where his EOFY payment summary shows no reportable superannuation contributions (which is correct), but the copy the ATO generates shows an amount for reportable superannuation contributions.

Any idea how I can fix this? It has happened for the last two financial years in a row.

From my end when I generate the payment summary, all looks fine, as there is nothing under reportable supperannuation contributions, but the accountant comes back to me months later telling me the copy the ATO generated doesn't match the payment summary.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Thank you.

Check that the Super that you have paid the employee is 9.5% of their Ordinary Time Earnings.  If you have paid more than the 9.5% the difference should be reported as Employer Additional Super, which would appear on the payment summary.  Hope this helps
