Payroll Premier - Reportable Super Contributions on Payment Summary vs ATO EmpDupe file

Hello,

Before I upload and lodge my empdupe file to the ATO, I need to ensure the records match exactly- particularly with reference to one employee, who for the past 2 financial years, had a discrepancy between the two, for the Reportable Super contributions field. This should be zero, and my payment summary shows this, but the file uploaded to the ATO has a figure, which is incorrect.
I need to know how to check this information before I lodge this financial year please.

I have been on hold for 4 HOURS today trying to get assistance with this before being disconnected.

PLEASE help.
