Payroll Premier - Unable to Change Branch Number for STP

When I registered my company at Reckon GovConnect for STP, I did not add a branch number as we are only a single company and only have one branch.

The STP upload was rejected because Payroll Premier has a default branch number of 001.

After reading this KB article (see image below) I changed the branch number to 000 and successfully uploaded the STP file on Reckon GovConnect.

The problem is that Payroll Premier defaults back to Branch No. 001 on the program's next opening.

Is there any way to change the Branch No. on Reckon GovConnect to 001 so it matches Payroll Premier's default branch number?  Or is there any way of permanently changing the Payroll Premier branch number to 000?
