Payroll Premier version 13 past pays disappeared.....

Payroll Premier version 13 - never updated. So when entering one employees pays for the last two weeks, it was noticed that the previous pays for the financial year for this one employee had disappeared. we would prefer not to do a restore if we can avoid it! Thanks in advance :)

    Hi Meg,

    Have a look in the terminated employees list and see if you can find them in there?

    Or just see if they are duplicated in the employee list with 2 employee numbers?

    Hi Kevin, It was picked up when checking a pay amount from a previous pay for this particular employee. We have the edit pay feature enabled as we have to change dates at times to coincide with BankLink data. We are a seasonal contract employer so pay dates are never weekly - often we employee someone for just 3 jobs a year. 
    This is when it was noticed that the half a dozen pays were missing from the employee records.

    My husband noticed, the backup has not been restored as yet.

    It would probably be quicker to re-do the half-dozen missing pays, than restoring an older backup.
