Payroll Premier & Webroot

Hi everyone,

It has come to our attention that a small number of anti-virus programs are unexpectedly affecting the ability to use our Payroll Premier product.

We have received a very small number of reports with the experiences encountered ranging from the program being quarantined, or uninstalled by the antivirus program.

So far, we have identified Webroot and Malwarebytes antivirus programs to exhibit the behaviour outlined above.

The cause is unclear at this current point in time however we are investigating this at the highest priority. 

If you do encounter this issue and are using Webroot, there is information here on how to remove programs from the quarantine section of the program.
