Payroll Premier won't open my company file on start up

I have installed the 2018-2019 Payroll Premier, and brought across our company details and files. But every time I open Payroll premier, it won't open my company file on start up. I then have to "open a company file" each time. Does anyone know how to fix this so it opens up each time?

    Welcome to the Reckon community Courtney.

    In Windows Explorer go to C:\QPRollV27\Data and delete the file Qcompany.tps. 

    Now launch payroll Premier again, open your company file, close it and relaunch Payroll Premier.  Does the last opened file now open?

    Hello courtney,

    No, you won't lose data.  The Qcompany.tps saves information about the file, including which company to open at launch.
