Running Reckon 2019 (R2) Desktop.

Our pay week runs Thursday 11/7/19 - Wednesday 17/7/19 and I pay on the next day Thursday 18/7/19.

When I run Payroll reports say Payroll Summary and key in 11/7/19 - 17/7/19 the report comes up from the previous week, it seems to be reporting on the payment date rather than the working week dates.  It seems to do this for every payroll report.

Ok, so I thought don't key in the dates for the pay week just allow the selection to be this pay week this then automoatically sets the dates as 14/7/19 - 20/7/19...which isn't even here yet.  Selecting last week automoatically uses the dates 7/7/19 - 13/7/19.  This tells me it is calculating our working week as Sunday - Saturday.

What am I missing here?

Thanks in advance.
Cheers
Di

Yes, all payroll reports run on the pay date not pay period dates.  This is because the ATO do not class as paid until the money is in the employee bank account.

    Hi Di

If you have your pay date in Reckon as 18/07/2019, then your weekly payroll report should have dates of 12/07/2019 to 18/07/2019.
