How do i mark an employees cheque/wages paid after the money has been deducted from the business account?

Hi John, Thanks for replying

Using Reckon Accounts Business range 2016.

I use scheduled patrol and it creates the pay cheques. Then transfer the money on the banks web.

The pay cheque is always in red and never says paid hence it won't let me email payslips
