Payrun not working

I am finding that when trying to do a payrun some of the employees are not calculating. It's very slow and getting stuck just trying to add employees.
Is anyone having this problem and how do we fix it?

Hi there Teagan,
Could you try logging out and closing down your browser before trying again, does the problem persist?
Also, does the same thing occur when trying on an alternative browser and/or internet connection?

same thing happens. It is not every single employee but it is 2 out of 5 employees so far0

Is this problem still persisting for you?
If so, can you let us know what is not calculating specifically and how many employees its affecting?
Also, what is happening and where in the process of adding employees is it failing for you?
