Payslips and changing employee's email address

When we change an email address of an employee in Payroll Premier, the payslips are being sent to the original email address, even though the correct one is displayed when we go to print them from Reports

Thank you for your query.

If you're using the latest Payroll Premier 2017/18 we released a patch as there were a few problems with emailing. If you're on this version and haven't followed the instructions to implement this patch, then please follow this article.

If you're using an older version of Payroll Premier or have already implemented the patch and are still having problems, then there could be potential corruption within your data file. Please complete a rebuild of your data file to see if this resolves the issue. To do this go to File > Rebuild Data Files.
