Payslips and statements are not emailing in Reckon Hosted

I am unable to email payslips and statemetns I have tried the remedy as per LEGACY KB ID 3757 numerouse times to not avail

    I am using Windows 10 and had no problem with my payslips this morning, so many things can I interfere with the process, I hope you get an answer

    I am having the same problem since loading the upgrade for tax - did you resolve the issue??
