Tax rate/amount changing unexpectedly on previous Payslips

Payroll Premier 2017-18. 

Has anyone else come across this problem where an employee's tax rate being changed (from Horticultural 13% to Tax Free Threshhold Claimed) also changes previous payslips. It was only for one employee, the gross wages and super remained correct, therefore the net pay no longer matched what was paid into the employee bank account.

I only discovered it when paying  the PAYG,  and noticed that the monthly reconciliation previously printed had changed when I re-ran the report (as I do to check it).
