Hi, I just processed my first Payroll Premier for 2018-2019 and the payslips cannot be sent by email. I tried fixing it by going to : right click Payrol icon, properties,compatibility, tick the box "run the program as administrator , apply, ok.
Hi there, I'm having the same problem - select 'email pay slips' and all the staff are there. Select OK (to send) & immediately there are no pay slips to email. I have checked that everyones email addresses are still in their employee sections. What should I do? (I have tried shutting down outlook & doing it)
