pc stop responding when write cheque

reckon account 2014 enterprise.
no error code display.
pc stop responding when write cheque  and print in continuous (perforated edges) using dot matrix printer(epson LQ2190). * only a certain page .

    At a guess the answer is in the picture, your using a font on the cheque your printer doesnt support, find it and replace it with one it can print.

    If you just click on OK your printer should use its default font style.
