In the first instance, can you please log out fully (Settings > Logout)
Close your browser, log back in and then retry the task you were performing when you encountered this message. Please let me know if the problem persists.

You don't need to reinstall the pdf converter. It's an issue with server.
You need to log off the remote server and login again. Go to control panel log off remote sessions.
