We email invoices and estimates from our mail client rather than going to the email system on Reckon Hosted. When we save the PDF copy of the invoice/estimate to our computer and then go to open it, it comes up with a black screen and the message that the file is trying to print do you want to allow this and the options ok or cancel. If you hit cancel it opens like normal. If you hit ok it prints. My question is why is it doing this? Its only started since upgrading to Reckon Hosted 2018.
