PDFs are not opening correctly after saving from Reckon Hosted

We email invoices and estimates from our mail client rather than going to the email system on Reckon Hosted. When we save the PDF copy of the invoice/estimate to our computer and then go to open it, it comes up with a black screen and the message that the file is trying to print do you want to allow this and the options ok or cancel. If you hit cancel it opens like normal. If you hit ok it prints. My question is why is it doing this? Its only started since upgrading to Reckon Hosted 2018.

There was a thread that came up about this message a few weeks back, check out the video I've linked to there for a process that does not encounter this message.
Thanks Rav. I did try and do a search for this before i posted the question but i couldn't see anything that best fitted what i was asking.

I have tried to save a PDF invoice and it works but again it will be extra clicks of changing back to the printer when we need to print manually.

Hopefully something that can be looked into in the future.
