I am using STP app and have two pay runs on 24th and 27th Dec showing as pending with awaiting response from ATO. I cannot see these pay runs in my ATO Business Portal either where every other pay run is fine. I duplicated the 24th December one and submitted to check if it was due to being close to Xmas and the duplicate submitted fine. Question is can I delete these pay runs out from the STP app? Obviously 4 months later they are not going to successfully go through to the ATO and looks like an issue with the app.
