Pending STP Files - These are being received by the ATO

Hi, I am experiencing an issue with STP Files. We had one file that says success all other files saying Pending. I have spoken to the ATO who have advised they are receiving the files and they have advised us to contact Reckon to rectify the problem.  Reckon Lines for STP are not accepting any more calls as they are at capacity.  Is there any way of rectifying this.

Hi Linda,
There are two reasons why a pay event is in Pending status.
The first is when the pay event hasn't been opened to view the latest ATO status response by clicking the 'Detail' link. 
The second is when the pay event hasn't been processed by the ATO if there was an issue with their SBR2 service at the time of submission. The SBR2 service is the transmission service used to send pay event data.

Is there an ATO receipt number against that specific pay event?

If you have successful pay events after this specific one, your YTD balances will be up to date.

I was able to click into the details of each payr un and it is now showing that is success now.
