Personal leave & Holiday leave have been accruing at an incorrect rate.

Personal leave & Holiday leave have been accruing at an incorrect rate and I need to increse the rate & hours owing but Reckon Accounts Premier 2016 will not let me manually change the figures?

    If you accrue hourly then for personal then it's 0.03833 and for holiday hourly it's 0.07694. That gives you 10 days sick/personal leave per year and 20 days holidays per year. It doesn't matter whether it is a 35 or 38 or 40 hour week

    I tend to use a Leave spreadsheet as a control because I find if you muck a pay up it is nearly impossible to recreate the correct leave. If you want a copy just email me at charley@vanrotterdam.com.au

    Hi Charles, I am having the same problem,  I am using Reckon Accounts Premier Edition 2017. The leave accrual is showing in negative for some employees.  How can I rectify it.  Our employees work in shifts and not a set roster for everyone.
