help unable to install personal plus 2016 from disk

    I had to uninstall PP2015 before installing the 2016 version. Make sure you back up your data files before deleting 2015.

    Did the above suggestions work?  

    What operating system are you running, and what previous versions did you ever have,  

    and what is the error message or point of failure during the install procedure?

    Let's narrow down the actual issue you are having.

    I get error 1723 trying to uninstall 2015? 2016 won't install till 2015 is uninstalled, what do I do?
