Hello
Im trying to install personal plus 2019 but keep getting an error message,
Failed to install
Quicken failed to install - Exit Code 1618.
please can anyone help

    Hi Jennifer,
    Have a look at this guide. I believe it assisted another PP user with the same problem.  http://kb.reckon.com.au/issue_view.asp?ID=4848

    Follow step 1, then log into the built in administrator, follow step 2 and then attempt to install the software again.

    I've done that but now I'm getting exit code 1610

    Thanks for the correction. From what I can see the 1601 could come from the fact that a remnant of your previous install attempts remains and must be removed. Check this article out. It has access to a cleanup utility. Download it, run it, reboot and have another go - best of luck.

    This isn't much help but I had exactly the same problem upgrading to RPP 2019 from a previous version so had to call in a professional who fixed it but it took him about 20 minutes. Watching him in action I realised I could never have done it myself.

    Thank you. Finally figured it out not enough space on my hard drive. So once I cleared it out all installed in about a minute
