Reckon Team - it would be appreciated if you could post a HUGE NOTE on the community Home Page as soon as you become aware that RA Hosted is not working - and ideally provide regular updates.

Today I have black screen only.  I've tried on Google Chrome, restarted my computer, tried on Google Chrome again, and then tried on Internet Explorer.

It's now obvious that the system is down, rather than my computer.  However I've wasted a lot of time trying to figure this out.  

I understand that these things happen sometimes - just like to suggest that communication from you guys would avoid a lot of frustration.

    I can concur with you frustration as occasionally this has happened to me as well.  The strange thing would seem to be that this is not necessarily affecting the whole Reckon community as I have just been able to login without any problem.  Perhaps the issue has already been fixed.  John

    Hi ABA, thank you for reporting this to us and I'm sorry to hear you are unable to log in. At this point in time the Hosted is up and running and there are no system wide issues. Please give the support team a call to work through this on a one to one basis and check your profile at the back end.

    Hi Sara,
    In Reckon's defence they do actually let us know on the Community when there is an issue affecting multiple users.
    I'll forward you an email I sent to my clients the other day about logging out properly, etc as it seems to help with these sorts of issues.
