Pop up Screen Problem

Since the upgrade of Reckon Desktop 2018, from the create a purchase order screen, warning pop up appears 2 times when trying to print. When you change the printer the pop up appears 4 times, 3 times when you click 'OK' to print and when you try to file (save as PDF) the pop up appears twice. It also appears 3 times on exiting Reckon. The pop up that appears is as follows :

Warning: The file you specified cannot be opened. Make sure that it is not currently being used by another program or a read-only file. The Windows error was "The file exists".

We use this multi user and the problem is only occurring with one user. Can any one shed some light on this as it is very annoying. Thank you Joanne
