POS licence Key - renewal

Hi

I need to renew the software tomorrow - 13th oct.

I have renewed today. But the software is asking for the License Key  as usual.. but after paying online - no License Key is provided.

I have tried going to registration.reckon.com to register/renew and I only get an error message

We apologize, but an error occurred while registering your product. Please call your local registrations team from the numbers below who will assist you further. Our Australian customers are requested to call 1300 650 061

Call the number, it says it is open 9am to 5pm on the weekends and then says it is outside of operations!

Any ideas how I can activate the POS before monday? 

How hard it would it be for them to allow us to activate / get the licence key online.
