PO's received in full, still showing up on Open PO report.

Hi All,
Just wondering how I close off old PO's that have been received in full. They still show up on my open PO report.
I guess that the process wasn't done correctly which meant it didn't close our properly. There are too many there for me to go and track back to fix.
Any help is appreciated.

    Open the PO, at the bottom of the form there is an option to Close. Select that.

    Thanks for your response.

    This options is greyed out so I'm unable to select it, any ideas why it might be greyed out?

    I tried to add an extra item on, to just close it out and it still wont disappear. I guess it's bugged out.

    It might be your report settings. Are  you using a Memorised Report?? Open the report from the Reports along the top banner, select a new report, Open PO's and this should show you only the open PO's not yet received in full. 
    If this is a standard report not yet memorised, then go into filters and select 'Received Status', select NO and then memorise this report.
