POS Sync with Hosted

We tried to use Online POS a couple years ago but we had some sync issues, just trying again but we get an error message Reckon Accounts Hosted---

Authorizing file fails: File access authorisation failed for RAH UserID. Access to requested file is denied.

Hi Steve,

It could be because of the shared file issue or the file is in single user mode. It’s best to send the request content to Reckon support, they are very helpful.
