Why do I get Error Code 14: OLE Link Error on Reckon POS

Trying to transfer Item list from accounts to POS. Following error message

 "Error Code: -14- Accounts OLE link error. Check that the compatability options for this application are not set to run in a different operating system mode or as an administrator".

Not sure what this refres to. Just upgradeed Reckon Accounts from 2013 Premier to 2014 Premier as advised by Reckon.

  Prior eveything was OK. Using POS Professional 2013.

    Hi Phil

    POS always requires the equivalent version of Reckon.  You also need to upgrade your POS system to POS Professional 2014.

    Hi Phil, I have that problem now and we have been running our updated Reckon data file and updated POS and Administrator since 11.05.2014. We have been using Reckon for nearly 20 years and update ever year, never had a problem. Can you please help me?
