It would be great if the moment Reckon realises that Hosted is down, you guys could put a post on this page please ... just so we know you are onto it. Thank you.

This morning (2 different browsers), I'm not even getting as far as the black screen, it simply won't load the page (after I've logged in as far as the dashboard).  If we had a time frame it would be easier to plan other work around the fix time. 

Cheers technical team - you do an awesome job.

Yes I agree - would save everyone a bit of time and would leave Reckon to try and fix the issue rather than field calls from everyone.

Thanks Jenny for your constructive comment.  The Reckon technical guys solve seemingly impossible questions and I can't see the point in lambasting anybody... just wanted to make a useful suggestion.

I think it would be good if Reckon had a status update page that was easily accessible. Our e-commerce platform Neto has this, check out http://status.neto.com.au/?_ga=2.172364192.2070370075.1517189906-177497675.1454986404 to get an idea of what I'm talking about.

You may already be aware however just to note the Hosted team have carried out some work which we're confident will resolve the above issue.

You may encounter some slowness due to the influx of logins at the same time however please give it a try when you can and let me know how you go

Hello Rav,

Mine is extremely slow and keeps logging out on me. It says 'The connection has been lost'.

Can you please explain what this may be.
