Pressing Enter does not move to the next line in Reckon Accounts Hosted

If you find that pressing Enter no longer takes you to the next line or field, modify your preferences in Accounts 2014 to allow it.

  1. Edit > Preferences > My Preference
  2. tick the box:  Pressing Enter moves between fields 
  3. click OK to Save and Close.

If Enter preference is already properly selected, then your keyboard functions are not being passed by the browser to the Accounts 2014 application.  

We recommend  that you use the latest version of your browser.  If the problem persists, consider using the Chrome browser, as our user feedback suggests this browser has fewer issues.
