Print multiple reports to multiple tabs for maximum efficiency

Did you know that with the new Reckon Accounts Hosted's print to PDF feature, you can print as many reports as you like?. They will all open in their own tabs, meaning you can drag and drop your reports where ever you like and have multiple reports open on multiple screens and have your Accounts open to compare (with no need for something like Cute PDF) - really great! Just made doing BAS a dream. First BAS lodged directly from new system was perfect via built-in Reckon Gov Connect.

    If you know how to do this from desktop version please post any help appreciated.

    Hi Ann,

    I believe that Nathan was referring to Reckon Accounts HOSTED.

    On Desktop version... do you have more than one screen/moniter connected to your PC?

    If you do then, instead of having Reckon Maximized to my screen size I Have it so I can adjust the size of the Reckon window, (by clicking the maximize /restore down button) Hover your mouse over the edge of the window till you get a double arrow symbol & Click on the edge of the Reckon window and drag that one side of it til it covers both screens...

    also have go to Edit<preferences<My Preferences< Mulitple Windows with in Reckon...Now you can open more than one report (or any thing else) Click on the title bar for that report and move it to another position...also hover your mouse on the edge of the report (or corner) till you get a double arrow click and drag to suit.

    If you can understand this scrambled description (lol) you should now have Reckon Accounts on two Screens, and be able to view multiple reports at the same time.

    Even if you dont have more than one moniter/screen you can change to this setting/preference and have multiple reports open and adjusted to fit your screen.

    What about being able to PDF a set of reports as one document.  ie Financial reports - P\L, Balance Sheet, Creditors and Cash Flow as one set.  Is this possible?

    Opening up multiple reports is only 1\2 the task.  Can we PDF or print them all at once as well????

    Assistance appreciated.
